Often, I act as out-house in-house general counsel for many clients (including In-House Counsel) and provide a practical, business-led, approach in a down-to-earth manner.
Previously, Legal Counsel at Johnson Matthey PLC, a FTSE100 company, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009 at a top 50 UK Law Firm. Familiar with common law legal systems and the challenges of transacting business on an international platform across multiple jurisdictions and in a digital space.
